Our buy and collect service makes it safe and convenient for you to sell you older Apple computer. We do not accept stolen, fake or ITC / Blacklisted devices and will hand your details over to the police should you send us a stolen device. You will be liable for all incurred costs.

How it works

Submit the details of your older Mac

Tell us about the Mac you wish to sell and select the correct specs, and upload a couple of photos to our easy to use platform. Upon receipt, we will contact you with an offer.
Complete form

We’ll collect the device from you

If you accept our offer, we’ll need your full details, including your banking account, ID and Proof of address so we can pay you and arrange for collection of the device by our courier. We will send our courier to you for collection. It may take around 48 hours for us to receive your device.

Get Paid

Upon receipt of your device, we will verify the condition you said it was in, and ensure that the unit is not locked to iCloud or contain a firmware lock. We will pay you within 24 hours after verifying all details and having tested the device, by EFT, or will email or contact you if we have questions.

There’s an easy way to identify exactly which Mac or MacBook you have

  1. Click the Apple icon in the top left corner of your Mac.
  2. This will bring up a drop-down menu. Pick the top option: About This Mac.
  3. The resulting window detail what type of Mac it is, e.g. iMac (27-inch, Late 2013)
  1. Click on the Apple Menu in the upper-left corner of your screen
  2. For newer mac’s, click About This Mac and serial will be listed on the inital window
  3. If not listed there, click the System Report button
  4. Under Hardware Overview, locate the Serial Number (system)

Here’s how to find the model number of your Mac, you can find this by following these instructions:

  1. Click the Apple icon in the top left corner of your Mac.
  2. This will bring up a drop-down menu. Pick the top option: About This Mac.
  3. Click on System Report (or on Macs running older operating systems, click on More Information).
  4. In the Hardware Overview you will see the Model Identifier.
  1. Unlock your iOS device, and launch the Settings app.
  2. Within Settings, tap on General, then tap About.
  3. Find “Serial Number, or scroll down if it isn’t visible.
  4. Touch and hold on the Serial Number and Copy should appear.
  5. Tap Copy to save the Serial Number to your clipboard.
  6. Paste the serial Serial Number into Enter Serial Number on our site.
  7. Tap the arrow to start your free quote!

Tell Us About Your Device

Before selling your used Apple device, you must give us some information about yourself and your product.

We do not purchase devices that are locked, iCloud locked, under Device Management Software supervision, part of Apple’s DEP program, or have been reported stolen. It will be the seller’s responsibility to pay for return shipping in the event the device cannot be unlocked and needs to be returned.

All data will be 100% wiped as all systems will be restored to original factory settings.

Stolen devices will be reported to SAPS along with your details and the device.
