I have been in touch with ExpressMac many times in the past regarding queries on their products. More recently I purchased a macbook pro 15” from them. Buying a secondhand product from the other end of the country was a bit concerning to me but I just want to say to anyone that’s ever on the fence about buying impeccable quality Apple products at reasonable prices - Jaco is your man! He disclosed all the specs and possible hardware scuffs (pictures, phone calls, device rating /10) - to be honest Jaco told me I have a small scuff at the bottom of my laptop and I can barely see it with my own eyes! This is the type of transparency they are about. You know exactly what you are buying, and Jaco arranged and packaged everything on his side to ensure my Macbook arrives safely in PTA. The biggest thing for me, and I believe this is the biggest downfall to most businesses that offer services, is the after sales. Jaco keeps checking in on me to see if I am happy with the product and I am constantly reminded that he is there if I have any issues that he could rectify! Outstanding service, outstanding products, reasonable prices for secondhand products - excellent company! Would recommend them to anyone!

I just received my new MacBook Pro M1 and I am absolutely in love with it! Beautiful condition with not a single scratch. I was initially doubtful about purchasing such a big item online, but the owner of the business is genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He reassured me and answered all the questions that I had. He even went out of his way to deliver the MacBook after working hours at 6:30pm on a Friday. (additional bonus: He gifted me a really beautiful laptop case as he knew we were travelling to the airport with it). 🙌🏼 10/10 Absolutely would recommend!!

Before you buy a new Macbook - contact Jaco and chat to him. He helped me withe more than I needed and what was not available at less than what I expected to pay. Shipped a day later and I got it the following day. Service calls from Jaco was out of this world. Even the transfer from my old Mac to the new one he held my hand.
