Our Grading refers to the overall cosmetic condition of a device and our prices also reflect the cosmetic condition of the graded device.
Grade A+: This means that the device is almost as good as new with minimal cosmetic defects, although some very light signs of prior use may be visible.
Grade A: This means that the device may have some scuffs and nicks on the side or back, or other minor signs of previous use, but still in a great condition.
Grade B+: this means the device has scuffs and nicks, but performs well. The product prices also reflect the cosmetic condition of the graded device.
eXpressMac will not refund online purchases based on cosmetic condition, as the cosmetic condition is stated clearly within the product description.
Our range of specially selected and approved pre-owned Apple products are meticulously inspected, graded and certified before we market the items for sales.
All items are certified to function perfectly and carry our in-house warranty, offering you peace of mind.
Generally, 3 – 4 business days for delivery to main centres. Outlying areas may require an additional day or two for delivery. If you experience a delay in receiving your order, please contact us at accounts@expressmac.co.za immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
You can pay for your order online through PayFast, via credit card, instant EFT or Mobicred. We also offer a Direct Deposit option to pay for your order. Should you make payment via a Direct Deposit, release of your order is subject to clearance of funds in our bank account.
Your order will be sent with our preferred service provider via a door – to – door delivery service. Tracking details for your order is available on request.
