Apple Warranty – New Apple Devices Only

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage (New Apple Devices Only) 

All new Apple products sold by us are covered by Apple’s standard manufacturer warranty. The warranty period and specific terms are determined by Apple and are available on the original packaging, in the product manuals, or within the documents provided with the device. This warranty is valid from the original date of purchase by the end-user.

Service & Repairs

For in-warranty service and repairs, customers must return the product directly to an Apple Authorised Service Provider. You can find your nearest service location using Apple’s official locator tool:

Important Note:
The Apple Manufacturer Warranty outlined above applies exclusively to new Apple products and hardware. It does not apply to our Certified Pre-owned range or third-party accessories. These products carry their own warranties, which are separately outlined in our warranty terms.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on new Apple products within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Unopened Items (Sealed in Original Packaging)

    • Fully refundable (excluding shipping fees).

    • No handling fee will be charged.

    • Note: If the item was purchased using credit card, Buy Now Pay Later, or other credit facilities, any non-reversible transaction fees from the payment provider may be deducted from your refund.

Opened Items

    • Returns accepted within 7 days only.

    • Subject to a handling fee of up to 25%, depending on the condition and completeness of the returned item (including packaging and accessories).

    • The device must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a partial refund.

Shipping Costs

    • All return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Extended Warranties (if applicable)

  • If you’ve purchased an extended warranty or your device qualifies for extended coverage:
      • Contact us directly.

      • We will assist in logging a claim with the local supplier, who will manage the assessment and repair/replacement process.

        ExpressMac (Pty) Ltd acts as a retail intermediary for extended warranty products supplied through authorised national Apple distributors. All such warranty obligations lie with the distributor or supplier, and ExpressMac bears no liability for decisions, timeframes, or outcomes of warranty assessments. All claims are processed according to the supplier’s published warranty policy, available upon request.

Important Notes

    • Returns are subject to inspection and approval

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item.

    • We reserve the right to decline returns that fall outside the terms outlined above.

    • This policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act of South Africa.
