I had such a great experience dealing with Jaco. He sent me a video of the MacBook Pro beforehand and answered all my questions, including giving me really helpful advice on looking after it and protecting its trade in value.

I bought it in the morning and it was delivered before 2pm the same day, already set up and ready to use.

Really excellent, personal service and a great buying experience. I am very happy with my MacBook and would happily buy from Jaco and eXpress Mac again.

Fantastic Experience – Honest, Professional and Great Value!

I recently purchased a refurbished laptop from Express Mac and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional.

Communication was clear, prompt and informative throughout. I was offered the opportunity to inspect the device prior to final purchase and Jaco, who assisted me, was completely upfront and transparent about cosmetics, limitations and warranty details, which built a huge amount of trust.

The shipping process was swift and hassle-free and the laptop arrived extremely well-packaged and secure. Express Mac offers great value for money, and I am very grateful for such a smooth, reliable transaction. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality refurbished Apple products!

I had an excellent experience purchasing my MacBook Air from Express Mac. From my first enquiry right through to delivery, the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Jaco, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the process. He answered all my questions and made the purchase smooth and stress-free.

My MacBook Air arrived safely, was exactly as described, and is in excellent condition. It works flawlessly, and I couldn't be happier with it. This is my very first Apple purchase, and I can honestly say I'm in love with my new device!

I highly recommend Express Mac to anyone looking for quality Apple products backed by exceptional customer service. Thank you for making my first Apple experience such a memorable one!

I recently purchased a MacBook Pro from eXpressMac and was incredibly impressed from start to finish.

Communication was prompt, professional and friendly. Jaco, the owner, arranged an in-person meeting before I made the purchase, which I really appreciated. He was completely transparent, patiently answered all my questions and made me feel confident about what I was buying.

I had been searching for the right Mac within my budget for more than three months, and this was by far the best combination of service, advice and price that I found.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase and can highly recommend eXpressMac to anyone looking for a quality second-hand Mac from a trustworthy seller who genuinely puts the customer first.

Making the switch from Windows to a Mac was a big decision for me, especially because I needed a **MacBook Air with 24 GB RAM** Finding exactly what I needed wasn't easy until I came across **eXpressMac**.

From my very first email enquiry, Jaco personally phoned me instead of just replying by email. That immediately gave me confidence that I was dealing with someone who genuinely cared about his customers. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me choose the right MacBook for my needs.

Since we live on opposite sides of South Africa, I couldn't inspect the MacBook before buying it, which naturally made me a little nervous. Throughout the entire process, Jaco stayed in touch with me via WhatsApp, keeping me updated while my MacBook was on its way. That level of communication and personal service made all the difference and gave me complete peace of mind.

The MacBook arrived exactly as described, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the service I received. It's rare these days to find a company that combines competitive pricing with such honest, personal, and responsive customer service.

Thank you, Jaco and the team at eXpressMac, for making what could have been a stressful purchase such a smooth and enjoyable experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend eXpressMac to anyone looking to buy a Mac.

Leaving a review a few weeks after buying this pre-owned MacBook Pro 16 M4 Pro 48GB/2TB. I heavily tested it since then and it works perfectly. The laptop itself is in perfect condition. I’m extremely happy with this purchase. The value for money is unreal.

I can definitely recommend eXpressMac as a place to buy and sell a pre-owned MacBook, as I had experience doing both - I traded my old MacBook Air for this beast. Communication was clear and straight to the point. The whole experience was great.

I had the most amazing experience purchasing my MacBook from Express Mac. The service was incredibly fast, smooth, and honestly exceeded my expectations. Jaco was absolutely phenomenal — he called multiple times to update me on the status of my order and delivery, which made the whole process feel so personal and reassuring.

After my MacBook was delivered, he even followed up again to make sure I received it safely and to offer help with anything I might need. His communication was quick, caring, and genuinely thoughtful.

My device itself is stunning — it looks brand new and works beautifully. I am so happy with my purchase and the exceptional customer service I received.

Highly recommend Express Mac and especially Jaco for anyone looking for quality devices and outstanding support! 💛✨

Phenomenal experience buying a pre-owned Macbook Pro 16-inch M2 from Jaco at ExpressMac. Service was professional, and the Macbook I got was in mint condition. Jaco demands a high standard of the stock he takes in, and he delivers the same in quality. He discussed my needs with me and we settled on a device that I hadn't considered that I now am glad I switched to. It was then delivered promptly and packaged really well and neatly. I highly recommend ExpressMac and Jaco. I used ExpressMac on the recommendation of a friend who had the same experience and I can't commend them highly enough. Thanks again Jaco!
